After Hours: It is considered “After Hours” at any time the front desk is closed. The staffed desk hours may change from time to time without notice and are posted on the front door of the facility.
By signing this agreement, I am acknowledging all of the rules and regulations associated with using Get Fit Tenino after hours. I understand that violation of any of these rules will result in loss of privileges and possibly termination of my membership entirely. I also understand that I will be responsible for any damages that may result from violation of these policies which will not relieve me from fulfillment of my contract. Get Fit Tenino will prosecute to the full extent of the law anyone (member or otherwise) involved in any illegal activity while on the premises, regardless of intent to directly, or indirectly, harm the facility. Unauthorized access to the facility after hours or enabling others to enter the facility is considered Trespassing and you may be FINED.
INITIAL Use of the facility after hours is for members only. NO GUESTS ARE ALLOWED in the facility at all during the afterhours.
INITIAL Parents may not bring children into the facility after staffed hours. No one under the age of 18 will be allowed in the facility after hours, including infants and children of all ages. Exceptions to this rule include teen memberships and they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. All members must be of legal contract age to assume this responsibility and parents are responsible for their teen members that are under the legal contract age.
INITIAL Under no circumstances will I open the door from the inside of the facility to someone on the outside, even if they are known to be a member or family member that has forgotten their card. All members must scan their key card prior to entering each time.
INITIAL Under no circumstances will I hold the door open for another member while entering. Each time a member enters the facility after hours they MUST close the door directly behind them. Anyone attempting to access the facility while someone else is entering should be reported to the police. I will do my best to ensure the door closes behind me when entering and leaving the facility.
INITIAL Under no circumstances while inside the facility, will I open any of the doors or windows or enter any of the restricted areas of the gym after hours. This includes the tanning and group fitness rooms as well as the office, back rooms and front desk area. Certain areas of the building will remain armed for security, and an alarm will notify authorities. Should I disregard this rule, I will be billed for any false alarm that may result from my actions.
INITIAL I will not give my access card to anyone, including family members on my account. Each entrance will be recorded, and each authorized member will receive their own access card. In the event my card is lost or stolen I will notify Get Fit Tenino immediately so that they may de-activate my card and supply me with a new card. I am only authorized one card at a time. In the event I do not notify Get Fit Tenino that my card is lost or stolen, and it is used by an unauthorized person, I may be responsible for any damages or legal fees that may occur as a result of my failure to notify Get Fit Tenino.
INITIAL I am aware that Get Fit Tenino is monitored by security cameras and my actions may be recorded in the event of a discrepancy or incident. This is primarily for the purpose of monitoring the business itself and should not constitute a false sense of security. In the event I use the facility while it is not occupied by anyone other than myself, I will take all precautions to protect my own safety. In the event I have a health condition I know it is my responsibility to notify someone of my whereabouts. I will remove myself from any situation while using the facility that may result in harm to myself or anyone else.
INITIAL Get Fit Tenino is not a safety zone. The facility is furnished with heavy weights and equipment made available 24 hours a day, which without proper form or use can result in injury. It is my sole responsibility to ensure that I am capable of using the equipment properly and responsibly, and will not hold the Get Fit Tenino responsible for my actions, negligence, or inappropriate use.
INITIAL Management reserves the right to impose a fine of $50.00 for each violation of any of the above rules as well as restricting after hour access or termination of membership. Legal fees and/or damages may apply.
INITIAL In the event that your membership is revoked due to violation of policies, member is still responsible to pay the FULL amount of remaining contract value.
INITIAL Get Fit Tenino is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Get Fit Tenino is not responsible for other members’ actions. Please report any incident, breach of policy, emergency or accident to Management immediately. In the event of an emergency call 911.
These rules and regulations were put in place for our members’ safety and convenience. Without these guidelines, we would be unable to offer this service. These rules will be strictly enforced with no exceptions regardless of the circumstances. We will do our best to maintain this service...but this is a computer run system and there may be an occasional glitch. In the event your card does not open the door, please text the “on call” phone number posted. If you have not paid your monthly dues, there is a power failure, or your account has been restricted then your key card will not open the door. In the event your card does not open the door, please call the on-call phone number provided and leave a message. Only use this number in an emergency. VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY IS CONSIDERED TRESPASSING AND Get Fit Tenino RESERVES THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY IMPOSE FINES, RESTRICT ACCESS AND NOTIFY AUTHORITIES. PRIMARY MEMBERS MAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SECONDARY MEMBER’S ACTIONS. DO NOT SIGN THIS DOCUMENT UNLESS YOU HAVE READ IT IN ITS ENTIRETY AND AGREE TO THE TERMS:
